Rebuilding the tooling I used to run at work, now for myself. A Claude Code harness of skills and hooks, a private wiki my agents read before they act, and a weekly retro that turns my own session transcripts into rules.
Turning the job search into a system. A resume pipeline that tailors from one master file, an interview-debrief loop that writes itself into a tracker. Doing it by hand was too slow.
Writing about building with agents from the PM seat. The cadence slipped over the summer. I’ve got more to write about now than I did six months ago, so I want to get back to something regular.
